I've been working with Bluepes since back when it was just a small startup in a flat in Lviv. I believed in the vision of the company's management which stressed the creation of a new kind of outsourcing and outstaffing company. Since then I've raised through the ranks alongside with the company's growth. Lately I'm in charge of the most complex and challenging projects which take in-depth expertise and require my full attention to make them a success for our customers.

I've got a chance to dive deep into the gaming industry and got a unique set of skills and expertise from the amazing people I worked with there. To this day it helps me put a fresh perspective on the orthodox project management approaches which leads to faster and better product delivery.

I've got this job straight from the university and it taught me everything there is to know about effective project management and agile development/design methodologies. I've managed teams which delivered outstanding products for the companies enterprise and SME clients around the globe.
