Andy helps bring happiness to children everyday, overseeimg all functions of Playground Equipment Services, LLC (PES) which is recognized as the premier design and installation company of inclusive playgrounds and play areas in the United States and internationally.

Andy was based in Cincinnati overseeing SP+’s operations in the southern mid-west providing his experience, innovative thinking, and expertise to these markets. Since joining Allright Parking in 1995, Central’s acquisition of Allright in 1999, Standard Parking’s acquisition of Central Parking in 2012, and rebranding to SP+ in 2015; Andy has served in a variety of key roles increasing customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and profitability. He's overseen leased and managed venues, provided parking and/or transportation systems for office buildings, universities, hospitals, convention/event centers, and airports. Additionally Andy has provided design, financial, and operational consulting for multiple parking projects. Andy earned the President's Award for Outstanding Customer Service, the Marketing Award, the Tenacity Award, the Most Improved City Award, and was the inaugural winner of the President’s 212 Degree Award. Andy was a member of: the National Parking Association (NPA) serving on the President’s Advisory Board and Certification Advisory Board; the International Parking Institute (IPI) serving on the Conference Committee; the Ohio Parking Association (OPA) serving as a Board member and President; the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Chambers of Commerce (CincyUSA); Greater Cincinnati Convention and Visitor’s Bureau (GCCVB); Downtown Cincinnati Incorporated (DCI); Downtown Cincinnati Improvement District (DCID) serving as Secretary (2010-2013) and Vice Chairman (2014-2017); and the Building and Office Manager’s Association (BOMA) of Cincinnati serving two terms on the Executive Board.Andy worked with eight other hand-picked members of the National Parking Association, in updating the Certified Parking Professional (CPP) study guide and testing/accrediting procedures (formerly known as the CPFM). Andy earned the CPP designation through the National Parking Association and is a past Chair of the CPP Network.
