While with the SIU team, spent the majority of my time investigating long and short-term disability claims, including surveillance, social media deep dives/background checks, recorded statements, medical reviews, and clinical consultations. Within the scope of my position, frequently utilized the services of several PI firms to assist in the handling of many claims, providing me with a wealth of knowledge and experience that will prove invaluable for all of my current Frasco clients and prospects in the state of Florida!I was also the liaison for all five Major Case teams that handled Workers' Compensation claims with high financial exposure. Additional investigations included auto, commercial liability, life insurance and financial investigations as well as PPP loans and COVID Relief fraud. While with The Hartford I took part in numerous stretch projects, including social media pilots, data mining tools, handling COVID disability claims when needed, and was rated as a top investigator within the company in 2021.Obtained my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Rollins College and master's degree in Criminal Justice from University of Central Florida, with designated Graduate Certificate in Juvenile Justice Leadership following my thesis on Juvenile Transfer and charging minors as adults.
