Algomi is a software company that provides technology to bond market participants to improve their workflow and liquidity by data aggregation, pre-trade information analysis, and execution facilitation.Developing and implementing the technology strategy delivering the next generation of digital products and solutions for Algomi. Pivotal in identifying, prioritising and developing the product roadmap and a consolidated technical architecture to deliver the product/business strategy.

Responsible for LCH’s compliance with EMIR and Dodd Frank for: trade reporting, transparency and record keeping across fifteen LCH services lines (Listed Derivatives, Equities, OTC derivatives and Swaps) based in London, Paris and New York. This work helped ensure LCH Clearnet’s Emir approval for UK in 2014. ► Matrix managing a team across multiple sites (internal and outsourced TCS staff) using SDLC and agile methods. Ensuring delivery against associated budgets.► Collaborating with a wide range of internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.Business Driven Change - Andrew project managed the development/implementation of million pound solutions. Andrew led large multi-cultural/multidiscipline teams (technical, Business analysts, compliance and legal) to define, develop and launch the following services:► NYMEX (TRS/CPS, LCH clearing)► Nodal Exchange implementation (TRS/CPS, LCH clearing)► LME implementation - Bullion release (BANCS/Synapse)► Synapse Clearing service maintenance releases (BANCS/Synapse)► Banking and collateral management - Warrants and Gold as collateral
