I am incredibly passionate about healthcare and in particular the role allied health professionals play in Australian healthcare.One thing that I really enjoy about Ability Action Australia is the sensational culture right throughout the entire company is positive and supportive to each individual. This is something that we as a team QLD strive to uphold to ensure each person on our team is valued.We are looking for passionate individuals who want to make a difference to their clients as well as have a keen interest in personal and professional development. We are looking for Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, and PBS practitioners. We are also looking for clinicians with a passion for paediatrics as well.Ability Action Australia has a multitude of high quality resources aimed to support our clinicians clinically as well as a number of internal support mechanisms to assist in career development. I personally have a strong passion in leadership and proactively helping to coaching and developing my team personally and professionally and aim to provide support and development in their desired areas for growth.Leadership is about being clear, firm but fair and setting clear expectations so that my team knows what they need to achieve.My hobbies include cycling, website design, seo and spending time at the beach with my family.
