-Provide remote and on-site technical support for clients systems including troubleshooting software, hardware, network and operating system issues -Design Data Acquisition Systems (DAS) for the Continuous Emissions Monitoring (CEM) industry-Deliver in-depth software training for clients and partners of the organization-Configure DAS software so that it meets both international and domestic environmental regulations and meets client needs for industries such as cement, power, food processing, pulp, paper, and oil and gas-Deploy and commission systems in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Asia, and South America-Meet multiple deadlines for a variety of projects, support, and internal operations-Provide project management expertise for the development of DAS software including the scope finalization, creation of project documentation and client and stakeholder engagement-Document and update the Organizational Process Assets with new insight gained throughout the projects and create new operating procedures as well as technical documentation to improve efficiency and excellence

- Work with North Bay Hydro roving energy managers to identify and encourage energy savings opportunities and projects in surrounding factories and plants.- Create in-depth reports, mathematical models, financial predictions and presentations to demonstrate to plant personnel and managers the benefits of proposed energy saving recommendations. - Research new and emerging energy saving innovations and products and report on them to North Bay Hydro roving energy managers.- Assist with the writing and research for plant specific project feasibility studies.
