I specialise in personal injury and clinical negligence cases involving catastrophically injured clients. I am also involved with claims resulting from fatal accidents, claims involving psychiatric injury and applications to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA), and the interplay between those various actions.I acted for the claimant in the reported case of Wright v Barts Health NHS Trust (reported July 2016), where the Defendant applied to strike the Claimant’s case out, due to a previous settlement in a PI claim. The application was successfully resisted.I am a Senior Associate in the Personal Injury department at Stewarts.
