Company has been established since 1962, I have personally been involved in the sourcing and quality control of readymade garments since the late 80's, came straight out of school and went straight into the textile industry, straight into Lockyer Textiles, my university for learning were factories around the world and literally learning the nuts and bolts in all aspects of production, from initial sampling, through to finished product, banking procedures, export and import, have worked out of Turkey, Lithuania, Portugal, Malaysia, Syria, Lebanon, Cuba , Brunei, Egypt, UAE, supplying wholesalers and importers in the UK, Europe and the USA. Currently working in Bangladesh (for the past 25 years) and Sri Lanka ( for the past 15 years) the company have a lot of experience working overseas, understanding all aspects and the achievable realities of sourcing and supply chain. ACCORD, WRAP, Sedex and Oeko-tex compliant suppliers. Working with Amfori BSCI platform , we are able to comply with the BCI initiative something some clients are now insisting upon. Fully versed in AQL and testing procedures, merchandising and critical path management for production. Relationships need to be engineered and we have to adapt and understand the cultures we are buying from so its important to work with people who have vast experience and have local representation who also understand the different mentalities at play, being realistic in knowing what can and cant be done.
