Worked closely under the Director of Player Personnel with weekly recruiting duties. Duties included:• Organizing Coach Collins Football Camp information.• Setting up for Coach Collins Football Camps.• Constantly updating the recruiting board.• Contacting recruits through Twitter to retrieve information and tell them about upcoming events.• Giving unofficial tours to high priority recruits.• Assisted with an official visit.• Efficiently updating the recruiting database. • Closely tracked recruit's scholarship offers through 24/7 Sports and social media platforms.• Creating Google Sheets for the Class of 2020 Recruting Board and the Class of 2020 Watch List.During the month of August, with as much time as I could give, I absorbed most of the duties of the Recruiting Graduate Assistant, who moved on to a different occupation. Most of the duties remained the same but with the increase in hours worked per week I was able to develop my skills in evaluating recruit's game film. I became a trusted film evaluator for the Director of Player Personnel and was able to share opinions of what we thought about a player's film.
