Leads, directs and controls the delivery of diverse cross functional programmes. Responsible for shaping and leading major change initiatives which implement business strategies. Optimises resources across programmes and projects to ensure delivery to agreed business plans within cost, quality and timescale objectives, and ensures that the benefits identified in the business case can be realised. Leads a team of change professionals as a matrix project team.

To manage the provision of a quality pensions management, administration and counselling service for members of the HBOS final salary pension scheme administered by Group Pensions in Halifax making use of leading edge computer systems and to contribute to the development of pension provision to reflect legislative changes, market trends and the objectives and requirements of pension scheme trustees and the sponsoring company.
