I lead teams of AI and machine learning developers and analysts totaling 60+ individuals for partners including Marketing, IT, Operations, Corporate stores and Finance. I have aided in growing the Domino's data science team from 12 individuals to 60+. I have done this by not only recruiting multiple PHDs in fields of statistics and machine learning, but also creating intern pipelines and developing future leaders. Additionally, I created a technical career pathing to give opportunities to team members with outstanding technical skill. I established an analytics consultant’s role to create the successful implementation of analytics and machine learning.

I lead Domino’s AI strategy including investments and strategic project prioritization and demonstrated the value of AI and Deep Learning to senior leadership via foundational POC. I was able to show the value an organization’s data plays in the opportunity and the ROI of AI systems. I lead a team to build a state of the art sales forecasting and labor and food ordering recommendation engine. I launched an AI powered P-identifier image recognition for Domino’s piece of the pie rewards promotion.

I architected an analytics platform that increased the team’s compute bandwidth, cutting project timeliness from days or weeks to minutes. I established Nvidia GPU compute and enhanced networking into data centers. I led paradigm shift from minimizing data flow to maximizing value through increased data bandwidth & processing. I constructed a store siting model that can prescribe exact store trade areas and project sales and profitability for building new locations. I launched a machine learning fraud detection application, outperforming industry heavyweights.I was proud to win first place in a competition of future leaders to build businesses that could disrupt Domino’s with focus on autonomous delivery and bot order entry solutions. Both projects are now active at Domino’s and led by my teams.

I revamped Domino's Media Mix model to account for all media dollars leading to shifts and a profitable increase in spend.

I Managed a team of statistical analysts, operational analysts, market research analysts, strategic planners, statistical modelers and database specialists totaling 14 people. I developed custom machine learning and statistical models to optimize marketing campaigns and call center operations. I created consistent sales growth in direct channels (Mail, web & phone) and influenced a 97% increase in annual sales from ‘09 -‘13. I oversaw a $90,000,000.00 working media marketing budget and the development and administration of marketing database and campaign management platform
