I am a seasoned sales leader and strategist with 15+ years of experience managing successful teams in the Manufacturing, Wholesale, and Technology industries. Throughout my career, I have focused on bridging the gap between sales and marketing. I currently head the inside sales and lead generation team at AdaCore, a global software company that provides reliable and secure solutions for critical systems.My mission is to enable and empower my team and colleagues to achieve their full potential and deliver exceptional customer service and value. I leverage my skills in new business development, CRM, sales operations, adaptability, and critical thinking to produce constructive solutions in ever-changing environments. I am a passionate teacher and mentor. I am also a proud advisory board member of the Customer Experience Program at Seton Hall University, as well as a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Group at Adacore.
