About Andrew Blevins

Complacent is the last word people would use to describe me. My obsession for always having some interesting problem/challenge in front of me, has led me to high-stakes environment of high-tech. Combine that with my fixation for people dynamics, and it's no wonder that a career in Talent Acquisition has taken shape. I'm proud to have helped companies like Medallia and Blend grow from startups to publicly traded entities. After building Series B YC-backed Middesk's talent function from scratch and helping the company grow from 50 to 100 people, I'm thrilled to have found my second Head of Talent gig at Cyberhaven.
