Conduct training needs analysis to support product, project and change release schedule, whilst presenting results to influence project direction. Utilise ADDIE model to create full lifecycle training courses from concept to delivery, involving feature/function-specific workflow process design and configuration, and business user operation. Develop training curriculums and pathways focused on specific job roles and responsibilities and devise multiple-level product and solution certification programmes with intention to sell to partners and clients. Promote marketing and sales efforts by administering training delivery policies, prospectus, and content for company newsletter and website publications. Establish strong relationships with product management groups and development teams to access wealth of knowledge to aid in training content creation. Cultivate excellent relationships with internal and external client stakeholders, including some of world's largest banks and financial institutions, supplying RFI, RFP, and proof of concept for specific training requirements. Deliver multiple training courses to internal and external clients for successful implementation of software installations or upgrades.

Creation & delivery of instructor led & computer based client orientated training solutions to support mobile billing systems including; Pre delivery Service Agent (PSA) & Recharge Card Management Service (RCMS).

Creation & delivery of BOWMAN digital communications network & equipment upgrade to the Armed Forces.
