Started a small consultancy specializing in all aspects of the Motorsport Industry. Currently involved in running Jaguar F1 projects for Team Ascari. Including aspects of Team management, organisation of specialist personnel, enginnering aspects of cars and event enginnering / management.I was involved in helping an Italian Team sort out some handling issues they were experiencing with the (then) new GP2 car.Then, Set up and Ran a successful Super League Formula Team in Brussels for an ex-footballer. I organised the purchase of trucks and trailers, staffed the Team with associates and other vetted staff to get a quick start-up. Heavily involved with the SLF's organisations as Technical Director and Team Manager. Did a series of special projects and one-offs before setting up and running a new motorsport company called JRM, my role as Group Operations Manager included rebranding, and re-launching of the Rally Team, and purchasing several companies into the Group to increase capabilities and diversion into track / circuit racing and R&D sectors. I left JRM to join Virgin Racing as part of the 'Start-up' Team before leaving them to pursue some other interesting projects.

Having sucessfully brought the car to the track last season looking forward to it's first full season. The success of a 2 pole, 2 wins and 2 fastest laps at 2012's Hockenheim race was satisfying with such a small crew. Race 2 at Red Bull Ring saw an average lap time improvement of 2 seconds over the last event at this circuit. Followed by another 2 race wins, 2 poles and 2 fastest laps. The lap record was improved from last season as well. Race 3 at Monza saw a further improvement in lap time over last season by 1.5 seconds generally and was backed up with a further 2 wins, 2 poles & 2 fastest laps. Race 4, at Dijon saw the outright lap record fall to the Jaguar - set by Alain Prost in 1984, by 0.3 secs in Race one. The time still 2.5 seconds slower than that posted in Qualifying! Again, 2 wins, 2 poles, 2 fastest laps and an outright lap record is pretty sensational for the Team. Zandvoort BGP netted another broken lap record, a win and 3rd as well as a hefty crash. All repaired for an incredibly wet Sunday roll on Nurburgring! The 2012 Championship was settled with 4 races remain such was the performance released from this remarkable car. I having just returned from Imola were I was the FIA Technical Delegate for the BOSS GP International Series finale event, I am now looking for additional full or, part time projects to fill up the calendar for the rest of 2012 and 2013.

Worked closely with Wirth Research and XTRAC to solve some issues.

Ran the Hydraulics Department with 9 specialist staff. Starting with the Team then known as Stewart Grand Prix, which was later renamed Jaguar Racing Ltd and later purchased by Red Bull. Involved with all facets of on-car Hydraulics including design reviews, R&D, testing, future trends / technology application. Involved with the design and production of Dampers. Oversaw the in-race Refueling systems. Role covered management of staff - training, H&S, etc and Material / stock management and service scheduling. Involved in multi-discipline issue resolution. Establishing 'Best Practice,' 'Standard Operating Procedures' etc.
