I am an Irish UI/UX designer living in Brooklyn, New York. I am passionate about user-centered design thinking and solving complex user journeys to give users the best and most simplified experience. I have been designing digital experiences for over seven years across a variety of industries, such as sports, heritage, banking and culture. I am currently working at PFF where I am responsible for all phases of the product design process, from concept and information architecture to wire-framing, user-testing and prototyping. I believe great product design comes from a focus on the right questions, not the right answers. Providing a successful interaction between the user and the product/ interface is ultimately the role of the designer. I am motivated by opportunities to take a problem full circle—answering human questions with simple, intuitive products.
