In Amazon I was assigned to a Packer role for 1 week. I was approached to take a Problem Solver position which I accepted. This involved amending packages that had been rejected by the product line for various reasons. My duty was to open the packages and assess what caused the line to reject it. I would have to use Amazon's system to rectify issues and make sure the package was sent out in the correct manner
