I was the CTO / Head of Product at Raine & Horne Corporate Group. My role included building in-house products, partnering and integrating with PropTech suppliers in the market, acting as a consultant to our 300 franchise offices, setting our digital and product strategy across the network.

I worked across JAGONAL and Equiem PropTech products in APAC, EU and the USA. Equiem acquired JAGONAL in December 2016. Equiem is the intelligent platform that brings your building to life. I am in charge of optimising Product Adoption, transforming insights and hypotheses into a prioritised Product roadmap, setting success criteria and tracking results for the Mobile App, Check-In App, Registration App, space booking platform and CMS products.

Co-founder, and the Head of Product at JAGONAL, a startup that raised $3M, pivoted, restructured and was acquired by Equiem in 2016. JAGONAL is a winner of the Anthill Smart 100, nominee for the Cool Company Awards and incubatee of Fishburners.org. My role is end-to-end Product management: applying a design-thinking framework involving customer journeys, discovery, market sizing, user profiles, hypothesis formulation, business model canvas creation, MVP rapid prototyping and iterating. Other duties included Sales & Capital Raising Support and Client Training. JAGONAL is a powerful search engine used by tenant advisors of blue chip tenants and SME tenants. With an index of 5000 office buildings from DEXUS, Lend Lease, Charter Hall, Mirvac and others, JAGONAL allows tenants to search by specific wellness and eco features like bike parking, showers, child care or views.JAGONAL's disruptive office-space search engine delivers a faster, more reliable way for businesses and tenant representatives to find office space. Our technology lets users target relevant features and our 3D mapping platform provides a unique, interactive search experience. JAGONAL specialises in office space and covers all ends of the market from hot-desks, co-working spaces, small office suites to large premium offices. We segment office space by 50+ different office features.

Agentbox is a prominent provider of CRM solutions to the Australian real estate industry. As one of three co-founders Andrew aimed to leverage his considerable experience with the REA Group in order to provide the online real estate CRM space with a more advanced, cutting edge offering.Agentbox began as a pure start up play with no client base and a product that had to be constructed from scratch and launched to market asap. Andrew performed an integral role in designing the overall product (from the UI/UX of the core CRM), setting up and managing the front end services team, helped set the roadmap of product development/strategy and supported the growth of the business clientele. Under his stewardship Agentbox rapidly grew into a thriving business.After his time at Agentbox we went from one client to an industry leader with 500+ clients paying recurring revenue, including big franchise names such Belle Property, McGrath and Richardson & Wrench.

Community Engine Services specialises in digital projects, social media marketing and web strategy for a diverse clientele including government, corporate, non-for-profit organisations and sporting celebrities. As a key member of the client services team Andrew was responsible for all aspects of client management including; project operations, employee relations and website development.

After 6 months I quickly pivoted and was promoted into a Project Management role in the frontend Web Services department.Andrew managed a team of designers and developers in building real estate agency and franchise groups websites and onboarded those real estate businesses onto the CRM SaaS platform.

A key member of the News Corp stable, REA Group provides online advertising services to the real estate industry in Australia, USA, Europe and Asia. Its current market capitalisation is close to AUD 6.9 b.Andrew joined the REA Group as part of the take-over when they acquired Hub Online, the leading NSW Real Estate CRM Provider. He began as a Web Designer / Developer, designing and building websites for boutique and franchise real estate group websites. Clients including Ray White, Burgess Rawson and Belle Property to name a few.
