Working alongside individual clients, groups and teams, I make use of my broad functional experience from within several sectors including FMCG, management consulting, finance, healthcare, higher education, property and media. energy, oil and gas, mining, professional services engineering, IT, marketing, and operations transport. As a psychologist, coach, trainer, and guest lecturer, I run workshops and training with a focus on professional and personal development. Workshops include Career Development, Public Speaking, Emotional Intelligence for Leaders, Interview Skills, Networking Skills, Team Building, Leadership and Team Building, Soft Skills, Stress Management and Time Management. In my spare time, I swim, cycle and completed the Ironman UK in 2009.
