Customer Service Sales Representative
CurrentAt my current job as a Customer Service Admin, I handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions. This entails taking and processing orders (online or in-person), making sure the order gets to production, handling shipping logistics, as well as following up with customers to make sure everything comes as desired.Also I provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and managing customer accounts as well as assisting in the preparation of marketing materials and sales reports.
