Andrew Burns, CCIM, CPM is the President of Burns Properties, Inc. and the lead Broker specializing in the sale, management and leasing of Commercial, Industrial, and Retail properties. During his career, Andrew has represented property owners throughout the Southeast Texas region and has taken part in several multi-state transactions. Andrew represents property owners and tenants with lease negotiations and retail development and has been involved in the redevelopment of all commercial property types in various markets in Texas. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. Andrew has completed post graduate courses from the CCIM Institute and the Institute of Real Estate Management and has achieved their coveted designations. Andrew is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Houston Association of Realtors, CCIM Institute, the Institute of Real Estate Management, and the Texas Apartment Association. He has remained active in community organizations and activities for Southeast Texas area charitable groups. He enjoys spending time with his family and hunting and fishing in the coastal marshes of Texas and Louisiana.
