Current• Building out a Human Resource (HR) system to analyze staffing trends and predict future staffing requirements, while maintaining the existing position management system within the People, Culture & Brand group consisting of thousands of employees• Working with Data Analytics partners to develop prototypes for employee reporting dashboards, which are then automated and exported to the entire organization.• Preparing reports using the latest statistical data to align salary expenditure with headcount changes on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for the senior executives.• Identified redundancies and gaps in the HR data and building operational reporting in Excel and Tableau • Manage stakeholders, partners, and executives to help them plan for upcoming changes within their respective budgets, crafting & analyzing evolving business cases and plotting out these budgetary changes in quarterly budget estimate reports which are then presented to executives for approval.• Managing and training the Senior Analyst and Analysts on the team to ensure accurate and timely financial budgeting and reporting.
