I am the senior support engineer for a voice-solutions provider. My primary responsibilities are:- Monitoring multiple support email inboxes for customer requests; responding to emails, creating tickets/work orders and assigning them to tech support engineers.- Managing the flow of work orders on the service board.- Troubleshooting tickets, typically T2 or T3 level work orders.- I serve as the escalation point for support engineers and field technicians.- Work directly with the COO to develop projects- Project management- New customer implementation- Provisioning of VoIP phones and edge devices/firewalls

I manage and maintain voice and data business services for small to large companies. My involvement can range from provisioning and implementation to maintaining and supporting customers' managed routers/switches/HPBX systems both remotely and on-site. I am also involved with our data center customers, providing remote-hands support when the customer cannot make in to the data center facilities themselves.This job is heavily customer-facing; in addition to building relationships through my constant interactions with customers, I am often discussing ways to improve call flows, phone functionality, etc., that our hosted consultants might not have thought of or in order to adapt to changes in requirements for the customer.

I was hired by FairPoint when I started this position. FairPoint was bought out by Consolidated Communications and eventually re-branded in February of 2018.

Cook: I cooked made-from-scratch meals to feed approximately 100 residents per meal, while also providing alternatives for those with certain preferences/dietary restrictions. Desserts and snacks were also made and prepared daily. Once the meal was made, I would be tasked with pushing the hot-food bar around the facility to each individual wing where I would personally serve up each plate in one of the 4 dining rooms.After serving, I would return the food table back to the kitchen where I would clean and make preparations for the next day.Dietary Aide: As an aide, I would stock the kitchenette in each wing with required snacks/nutrition drinks/sandwiches for residents to have throughout the day between meals and overnight. I would also go into each dining room prior to a meal and take the orders of each individual resident. Before and after serving meals, I would assist with cleaning of the kitchen and washing of the cook's dishes and the residents' dishes from the meal.

Calling debtors from lists provided to us by companies which we represent in order to collect on debts resulting from services provided. Daily duties involved reaching a goal of 180 outbound calls made per day while leaving voice messages for those who do not answer and collecting/setting up payment arrangements for debtors to pay off their debts.

I was trained and had a lot of experience over the course of almost 7 years in multiple departments, including the grocery department, the meat department and deli. Very often I would be involved in multiples departments during the same shift and would fill in holes in department coverage accordingly.Daily tasks included stocking, serving customers, cutting and packaging raw meat, providing various maintenance throughout the building as well as outside of the building, cleaning the meat department and the deli in their entirety, opening and closing the department depending on the shift, cooking lunch/dinner for the hot meals tables, driving the company dump truck to the local waste management facility in order to unload trash and cardboard, among several other duties throughout my tenure.
