About Andrew Swanson

Over the course of my chosen career in the medical device industry, I advanced to VP/SVP roles by leading by example, collaborating with teammates to develop strong go-to-market strategies and tactics, and by having a clear vision of what a differentiated sales organization looks like. My primary emphasis has been on the sale of disposables and capital equipment through both direct sales teams and external distributor channels. Those who know me will tell you I can do a lot with a little and I can successfully navigate situations when things get tough. I stay committed to critical company objectives and display the GRIT to not get distracted by temporary setbacks or challenges. And I am always looking for ways to increase effectiveness. Over the years, I have rebuilt pipelines, created high-performance sales cultures, transformed sales departments, and introduced new revenue streams, resulting in greatly improved physician engagement and revenue growth. I have also been involved in leadership initiatives with top executives, such as an M&A integration as well as being part of an internal group to contribute to corporate development.
