As an Associate Director at Linesight, my role is to maintain and grow the company’s position, consistently developing our capabilities, aligning our global efforts, and providing a superior service and customer experience for our esteemed clients. I do this by: •Working closely with the Directors and the Board of Management to ensure a consistently high and professional level of service •Building close working relationships with our clients and their teams on a wide-ranging number of projects, to achieve the optimum outcome•Supporting the Directors and leading teams to provide a full range of services; cost management, project management, risk analysis, cost planning, strategic advice, value engineering, procurement and post contract cost control •Keeping Linesight to the forefront of the industry by maintaining my commitment to continuing professional development and understanding best practice •Embracing the latest technologies to provide the best possible outcomes for our clients•Managing costs on various projects, both high profile and smaller scale

My role as Senior Cost Manager involved supporting the Senior Directors in:•Assisting with the provision of a full suite of cost management services to our valued clients; cost control and procurement•Leading a team under the guidance of a Senior Director•Establishing and developing lasting relationships with new and existing clients
