Currently working as a Transport Planner at a Bulk Haulage company in Northumberland. Previous to this I have worked in customer service in both retail and insurance sector.A confident and self motivated individual that wants to achieve the best I can within a job role for myself and my employer. Working well as part of a team as well as an individual I see my versatility as a key quality. Through previous roles I have gained valuable experience in dealing with customers and I believe that delivering the best possible customer service is vital to the success of a business.I have experience in using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel.
