Management of the short/medium-term forecasts and outlook processes. This involves; coordinating the inputs from five European markets, providing scrutiny and challenge to submissions, preparation of management review presentations and drawing out the key stories for BE. Relationship manager/business partner to BE CFO and SBU FDs to support the delivery of planning and forecasting processes and associated materials and messaging.Other responsibilities include; providing strategic analysis of business opportunities, ad-hoc support for BE CFO and BE Board, produce the finance updates for BE Board meetings, and continuously improve processes within Barclaycard finance.Short-term secondment onto a large M&A deal; supporting M&A Director, provided a central consolidation point for deal modelling, challenge data and trends submitted, and prepared management papers.

Modelling the UK cards business which includes circa £16BN of balances, 10M accounts with multiple revenue streams in a highly complex operating model. Continuously developing new, more accurate and efficient, models through excel and Essbase. Promoted to a Finance Manger role that includes below Reporting role, as well as additional responsibility for the UK Strategic Planning Process (SPP) and Car Fleet management.Develop of the Strategic planning process for the UK and ensure that the projects and finance teams are integrated. Ensure that the SPP is translated into the day to day running of the business and links with the planning/forecasting processes. Role includes supporting the UK SPP by helping to facilitate the Strategy planning workshops for Senior management. This role required me to deliver the analytical background required during the UK SPP; Identify, collect, analyze, report and distribute competitive knowledge; and provide business modelling of outputs from SPP.Manage the UK Car fleet including over 400 Field vehicles and 200 manager cars.

Coordination of the month-end, year-end and tri-annual budgeting process, with input from 10-20 accountants from various departments across Avon. Month-end and year-end consolidation of Avon Cosmetics Ltd; Income Statement, Balance sheet and Cash flow Statement for submission to Global consolidations team.
