He's the one leading the charge, getting down and dirty in the trenches. Hitting deadlines, cashing checks and breaking necks. If this were game of thrones, he is more of a Robb Stark, than a Jeoffrey Lannister. If this were the Vikings, he'd be the front of the shield wall. Imagine this, it's Saturday night, 2AM, a database crashes. Who are you gonna call? Ghostbusters? No... Andy, thats who you call. He'll pick up first ring, only to tell you that he wrote a program proactively that monitored the database and it notified him and he already fixed it. That's not just someone you want on your team, not someone who you can just add to your roster to slowly pluck that glorious knowledge he has stored up there. No. That's Kent Clark in the flesh... I've never met a software engineer quite like him.. I've been there, with him, every Thursday night, brewing a dark pot of coffee before we log into voice chat, right before we go and do, exactly what he loves to do, what it seems like he lives to do. He eats, sleeps, breathes code -- and every all nighter we do together, solidifies that position."
