● Provide consulting support to senior business and HR leaders in areas such as: strategic change management, leadership transition, succession planning, and team building● Facilitate discovery meetings and conduct interviews to confirm performance needs and translate those needs into concrete solutions for learning interventions ● Evaluate organizational knowledge and recommend appropriate learning, organizational development or performance improvement solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness● Designs and develops learning solutions for multiple delivery methods including instructor-led, web-based, virtual classroom, and blended instruction● Facilitate trainings to executives, managers, employees, and external partners on leadership, management skills, productivity, product knowledge and sales techniques● Serve as project manager to successfully implement two learning management systems, career development program, and succession planning program. ● Initiate employee engagement program including vendor selection, implementation, and action planning with over a 90% employee participation rate● Mentor training staff and providing performance coaching and feedback, as necessary to ensure the quality of Leadership and Learning solutions and deliverables
