I've also supported the successful roll-out of a Microsoft D365 ERP system into a multi-national company.As COO of Syndi Health, I focused on leveraging my experience and expertise to drive operational excellence and support the company's growth strategy.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a passion for driving change, delivering tangible results, and improving operational efficiency and productivity. I excel in leadership, team building, technology development, organisational structuring, and change management.I also have a strong background in root cause analysis and lean principles, which I have applied outside of traditional manufacturing settings.
