I am a Store Operations Specialist with over 9 years of experience providing valuable support to 20+ stores for a high-volume national retailer. Working with my group of stores toward improving our offer at each location and realizing financial goals is very fulfilling work. With my years of experience, I have had the opportunity to be involved in many aspects of the business including new program training and rollout, store openings, store compliance auditing, implementing National Store Standards, merchandising program setup, national pilot programs, reviewing and updating operations documents, involvement in Manager In Training programs.Engaging with so many different personalities on a regular basis is rewarding since I get such a variety of interaction. You learn so much from those conversations that can be passed along to other stores and stakeholders in the business.My work style would be best described as cooperative. I see my strength as someone who can remove roadblocks and offer solutions to individuals and stores. A good day is when I work with a store that’s struggling with something and we can resolve the issue or come up with a plan to resolve it that day.
