Hi there,I’ve worn many hats so far in my life. I’ve been a writer, an actor, an educator, and have experience on both sides of a camera. Relying on my experience in the professional film and television world, I can confidently say I’ve become a multi-faceted creator for both my own needs and the needs of others. I’ve gained a deep understanding of how to do my own research to write something that resonates with target audiences, such as writing and performing my own stand-up comedy and plays for the theater. I am highly educated in theater production, with a Masters Degree from NYU Graduate Acting and a BFA in Theater Production from The University of Rhode Island. I also have extensive experience in professional theater, the most notable professional performance I've had to date was The Public Theater's Shakespeare in the Park in Central Park, directed by Tony Award Winning Dan Sullivan. I’ve faced endeavors like auditioning for that big television acting job, including auditions with large professional studios like Fox, WB, NBC, and ABC. I’ve never been afraid of the big moments, and I am persistent in finding more of them. Going forward in my career, I want to put the skills I’ve developed as a performer to a greater use in the professional creative world.Although I am changing my career path, the skills I’ve learned as an actor are persistence, punctuality, and great public speaking skills. I feel like my potential has been boiling under the surface, yet to be given a chance to shine. The bubble of action is ready to burst, and I’m excited to prove that I have what it takes to endure the learning curve of a new career. After the level of denial an actor can experience, I have an ability to see beyond the personal and grasp the big picture of my situation, and the vision of the overall team or story we are trying to tell together.
