About Andrew Chapman

I am a native New Yorker who founded Chapman Concepts, a hospitality, branding and real estate firm. For the past 20+ years I have created some cherished establishments including August restaurant in Manhattan's West Village and The Blue Parrot, a beloved Tex-Mex eatery in East Hampton. In 2010 I co-founded the Red Rooster, Ginny’s Supper Club, Marcus Samuelsson Group, FoodRepublic.com and Green Beetz, a nonprofit that encourages children to make healthier food choices through technology and interactive media. I am currently developing several hospitality establishments in Port Antonio, Jamaica
