Responsible for Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) activities of GIZ and coordinating jointly implemented M&E activities with CARE & Catholic Relief Services (CRS) under FANSER Project.

As the first M&E Officer for REA, I was responsible for the regular monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of the rural electrification programme to facilitate evidence-based decision making for appropriate intervention and ensure effective utilization of resources. Apart from rural electrification financed by Government, REA received funding from the World Bank Increased Access to Electricity Services (IAES), European Union (EU), Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA) and Japanese International Cooperation (JICA) to implement projects in order to improve rural electricity access rate from 3% to 51% by 2030

I was responsible for coordinating monitoring and evaluation activities for Kazungula and Kalomo Districts, C-FAARM Project implemented for five years and financed by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) with an aim of addressing food insecurity and risks in Zambia.

I was responsible for assisting the (Area Development Program) ADP team to setup and implement a comprehensive participatory program monitoring and evaluation system that facilitated effective planning, implementation, performance monitoring, evaluation and accountability of all ADP-supported activities with a focus on health, education, livelihood security and HIV and AIDS support.

Planner for the Support for Decentralization Implementation Development (SDID) Programme under GTZ attached to the Provincial Planning Unit under Provincial Administration-Southern Province. I was one of the key technical members of the team that compiled the Provincial Strategic Plan 2008-2010 for Southern Province in Zambia of key sectors (Agriculture, Health, Education, Tourism, Roads and Infrastructure, Metrological and Forestry).
