Respect and enthusiasm for formal knowledge and training have led me to obtain a range of linked qualifications, enabling me to operate in diverse educational and training roles. I am a well-qualified and outward looking person, and have forged valuable links between educational establishments, local business and the Prison Service. I have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to initiate programmes that continue successfully even when my participation ends. Good time management skills and motivation are evidenced by key qualifications gained through self-finance and home study.
