Here, you will be systematically guided through the processes to determine if there is a "fit" between you and our Firm.If our processes are appealing and workable for you, and you can position your Project to fit within the Loan parameters that you are given, then there is a very good chance that you have found your Lender.We can have the ability to engineer solutions, but we have found that our flagship “Multiples Loan Program” enables the Project to access a Credit Facility that can be up to 4X your Initial Funds amount. (Note that those initial funds must be a minimum of USD 10M).To appropriately position your funds in safekeeping to facilitate the loan, you have the option of keeping your funds in your account at your current bank (if they amount to USD 10.0M or more), or our affiliate Bank will open an account in your name, and you can hold your funds into that account (for any amounts under USD 10.0M).When you position your initial funds in safekeeping for the Program, this affiliate Bank will issue you a Bond that will fully insure your initial deposit AND also pay you (the Depositor) 5% per year on the Bond coupon.
