This gave better understanding of roles and responsibilities.• Achieved reduction of distribution errors, 57% from previous year cash saving of £84,000. Achieved by 1-1 coaching sessions, call assessments and performance reviews.• Reduced call abandoned rate from 19% to 3%. Call responsiveness improved to 81% from 43% (calls answered within 10 seconds). Average wait also reduced significantly from 88 seconds to just 12 seconds. Delivered by investing in the development of the team with structured training programs.• Investigation of contracting non conformance report (NCRs) claims, caused them to look into their own working practices. Cost saving of £92,500 per annum based on previous two years.• Implemented contracting liaison role, to improve communication between operations and surfacing department. This has meant less 42% NCRs than previous years.• Customers now informed of late loads 97% of time an improvement from 46% prior to implementation of late load monitors in restructure. Leading to reduced number of complaints due to communication.
