• Co-founded new credit platform, established in October 2013, currently managing $1.0bn AUM• Recruited and formed full investment team comprising of 5 analysts, trader and 2 operations personnel• Lead Portfolio Manager in all special situations/stressed/distressed situations across portfolios, including opportunistic discounted purchases • Responsible for developing and executing investment process, and making investment decisions based upon deep fundamental credit and technical analysis • Formed investment strategies on behalf of funds, based upon views on macro markets and credit markets to position portfolios appropriately• Utilized extensive buyside and sellside network to source new investment ideas, in both primary and secondary markets

• Member of 12 person investment team managing ~$14 billion of capital between credit hedge funds and other leveraged loan/high yield funds, focused on performing, distressed, and middle market credit • Focused on generating investment recommendations based on relative value, catalyst-driven, and/or total return opportunities, including hedged trades involving synthetic securities• Industry coverage includes Consumer/Retail, Directories, and Industrials • Significant experience in distressed/special situations, including CDS/shorting

• Member of 10 person investment team managing ~$10 billion of capital between credit hedge funds and other leveraged loan/high yield funds, focused on performing, distressed and middle-market credit• Investment strategy based on deep fundamental analysis for both relative value and total return strategies• Managed portfolio of 50+ positions across the various funds equating to > $1bn AUM• Significant work around interpreting credit agreements and indentures, along with legal counsel• Extensive experience in distressed situations, including being an active member of creditors’ committees, selecting various advisors, performing liquidity and liquidation analyses, negotiating exit documents, etc.
