Electrical Superintendent at PCA Paper Mill. Provided labor management and cost control on site projects including the Annual Shutdown for the mill.

Confidential client data center. Ground up new construction. Planning temporary power for building, coordinating with other trades during BIM meetings, and integrate labor productivity systems to track profitability during life of the project. Design and implement prefab opportunities, lay out field foreman on all major underground utilities, and create 4 week/6 week schedules using Touchplan and Procore.

Confidential Data Center Client. Supervise and manage 4 separate buildings. Procurement of long lead items, material and manpower management between sites, and assisted with building schedules including startup schedules for all 4 sites.New construction from underground using BIM modeling, temp power, and utilizing underground feeders where possible. Managed change orders and red lines for project turnover. Directed a commissioning crew to perform startups of critical equipment as well as manage the impact logs of each project.Project was valued at $6M

New construction for a confidential data center client. Worked on shell power, office construction, and data gallery design and construction. Laid out up to 3 crews at a time in the mechanical space, gallery space, and fire alarm design. Manage red line drawings between foreman for turnover to the client. Worked on and wrote change orders from scope changes with the original design. Managed material handlers to allow for Journeyman and Apprentices to stay on the tools to increase productivity.Implemented labor saving practices and prefab to reduce man hours spent in parts of the job by over 50%. Project was valued at $25M.

Industrial construction of a new Lamb Weston Potato french fry factory. Located in Hermiston, OR. Managed raw receiving and raw grading portion of the plant. Planned work for multiple crews, ordered material, utilized prefabrication practices to decrease man hours as well as speed up this fast paced project. Prioritized construction activities to assist commissioning in finishing their milestones on time and ahead of schedule. Worked directly with commissioning agents in the field to identify and resolve any issues as they came up on a daily basis.Was responsible for approximately 40 electricians for the duration of the project.

Plan review, project planning and execution of multiple projects in Washington and Oregon. Worked through bidding project using Accubid software, setting up project controls, planning and implementing cost tracking and unit tracking for each project through the use of Spectrum Construction Management Software . Daily reports submitted to client through e-sub as well as daily cost-tracking, daily unit-tracking, and percent complete.Paper Machine Upgrade Approx $15 million electrical scope. Upgrade of new 15kV and 5kV distribution at the plant. New controls scheme to integrate with existing DCS controls. Multiple new skids planned out and wired in per owners specification. Met project deadline with several days to spare over a 6 month time period.Planning work for multiple crews, preparing detailed schedule with milestones, and managing daily crew production goals. Met with owner two times per day to go over what was accomplished and what tasks were remaining. Working with General Foreman to ensure a certain level of crew productivity is met along with staying within our budget and schedule. Ordering material to ensure no delays in project, assigning tasks to field engineers/purchasing, Total electricians on site was 134 including 4 general foreman and 4 field engineers

New french fry producing facility located in Richland, Washington. Approximately $9 million in electrical scope. Assisted with planning conduit routes, planning wire pulls, and using 3d model to prevent obstructions with other trades.Managed sub-contracts for testing and commissioning of equipment once installed on-site as well as keeping detailed documentation. Used ProCore construction management software to communication daily progress, track change orders, and manage documentation throughout the project. Was responsible for approximately 50 electricians throughout the project.

Provide electrical commissioning support for the 800MW 2+1 natural gas plant in Oregon, OH for Oregon Clean Energy. Included testing all in coming switch-gear, directing an electrical commissioning crew of electricians, and keeping detailed test records for turn-over packages for the owner. Was responsible for accepting or rejecting work packages from construction once they were complete. Manged work flow for prioritization to get unit on turning gear to allow for additional commissioning activities to continue and make schedule. Was responsible for approximately 25 Electricians between two crews working on either turbine or supporting systems throughout the project.

General Foreman for the Start-up and Commissioning group working under Black and Veatch. Approximately $20 million in electrical work. Created work packages for crews to work off of to go through and check systems that were initially signed off but never checked out by previous contractor. Provided support and received directive from Black and Veatch Commissioning engineers as well as MHI commissioning technicians to test equipment that was on site. Worked with PGE techs to transfer over systems as they were completed so that the owner could begin to operate systems as they were completed. Additionally, had a 3 crews of I&C technicians to support the start-up activities and worked to get the combined cycle plant online before the required due date.Managed a crew size of approximately 50 Electricians as well as 20 I&C Electricians and Pipe Fitters.

Start-up and commissioning for the Carty power plant for PGE. Worked on the initial start-up and commissioning crew taking directives from the Abengoa Commissioning Lead. Responsible for doing pre-startup work such as testing transformers, meggering MCC's, testing DCS wiring, and working with the Lead to fix any issues that arose.

Boise Saw Mill shutdown for an expansion of a new conveyor system. Installation of multiple racks of conduit, control wiring, and low voltage terminations.

Installation and commissioning of commercial power distribution systems, backup power systems, power bus distribution, and shell power systems. Troubleshooting exisiting systems, high/low voltage terminations, control system installation/testing, and network infrastructure.

Good Shepard Hospital expansion, Con-Agra expansion, and Residential circuitry work.

New substation for the Port of Morrow. Installation of DC/AC control system, troubleshooting start-up of equipment, and underground installation of raceways for control systems

Project was the WSU Wine Center in Richland, WA

Installation of raceways for new PLC systems for a dryer expansion. Integration of new control system to existing control system, termination of PLC cabinets, and installation of multiple sensors around the entire system.

Project Grimmway Farms new facility in Pasco, WA:Installed conduit systems, pulled wire and terminated low voltage motors.Project Tillamook expansion in Boardman, OR:Installed coated PVC conduit up through 3"​, wired PLC systems throughout the new plant, pulled/terminated fiber optic cable and assisted in integrating it to the existing plant.Project Con-Agra Line 5 Expansion in Boardman, OR:Installed stainless steel conduit up through 3", pulled and terminated PLC systems, integrated new and existing communication systems between buildings. Helped create the as-built/red-line drawings for raw processing/raw sizing.

Projects were various residential retrofit and new installations throughout the Tri-Cities, WA area.

Project was the Vitrification Plant at Hanford.Worked on multiple work packages throughout the entire facility under multiple Journeyman, Foreman, and General Foreman.

Facebook Data CenterTerminated transformers, troubleshooting new and existing installations, setting up and maintaining temporary power throughout the job.

Projects included large pump stations for farmers. Wiring controls, transformers, running conduit, troubleshooting existing installations were part of the daily routine. Notable project was the update at the Williams Gas Plant with control terminations, confined spaces, and hazardous work environment.
