I am the founder and managing director of Counterpoint, a specialist Apple Support and Device Management company based in the UK.My journey began in the education sector, where I started out in 1989, providing IT solutions, training and support to music departments. The business grew quickly, developing solutions and services that ensured the growth in popularity of Apple products across the creatives was supported by solutions that really delivered.This was the start of Counterpoint's journey, where we quickly grew into a fantastic team of Certified Apple Consultants, many of whom now have over 25 years' experience and who are passionate about transforming the way Apple devices are used in business and education. Over the years I have built significant expertise in Business Process Management, Co-Management / Partnership support relationships and supporting Cross-Platform (Mac / Windows) environments.I believe that the IT that organisations invest in should drive success for the business and the end user and I love that my job allows me to lead a team that continually strives to deliver just this for its clients.
