During the day shift I supervised and assisted with the safe embarkation of passenger and cargo to the vessel and during the night shift I assisted with underwater survey operations. Show less

I did a 4 week temporary relief work contract on board the Irish aids to navigation vessel Granuaile. As well as keeping a watch and assisting with buoy servicing and repair I was responsible for all of the LSA and FFA equipment on board and used the PMS software MX Suite to ensure the relevant maintenance was carried out. I was also responsible for keeping the deck log up to date and ensuring all information regarding the servicing and repair of buoys was correctly logged.

Worked on tall ship sail training vessel the Pelican of London which provides training opportunities for young people of all abilities between the ages of 15-25 years.
