No matter what your building needs may be, American Stair can produce a stair system designed to meet your building requirements. American Stair’s standard system starts with plate stringers and risers welded to form the base for your selections. Pre-engineered and designed to support a minimum live load of 100 pounds per square foot, we can also accommodate higher loading requirements when necessary. You then select from any of our tread, landing and railing standards. Next, we fabricate and pre-assemble the complete units to your specific building requirements. These are then shipped to the job-site ready for trouble free installation. For additional safety, materials are non-combustible and products meet or exceed applicable national building codes including; ANSI-A1171.1, BOCA, INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE, NFPA101 LIFE SAFETY 2003, SBCCI, UBC, Federal Law ADA as well as relevant AISC, ASTM and AWS standards. If you choose a custom design such as channel, box or tube stringers; monumental, curved or designer steel railings; we will bid these from your prepared plans and specifications.
