Two were on a flowthrough basis with warrants attached, the third was a prospectus offering. o Sold company asset with net proceeds of $25 million. o Sold corporate investments with gross proceeds of $5.6 million.• Provided financial control over corporate activities including: o $20 million of development of Clearwater including the 2010-2011 exploration program consisting of 26 core holes, 6.7 km of 2D and a 1.3 km2 of 3D seismic surveys. o The $7 million 2011-2012 exploration program at Grand Rapids consisting of 8 core holes and a 41 km 2D seismic survey.• Lead a successful communications program with large a stakeholders group. o Government of Alberta: ministers, deputy ministers, administration. o Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo: mayor, council, administration. o Community: local residents and businesses, Fort McMurray Airport, First Nations.• Reported to board members, investors and the public.

    As part of the management team, I was responsible for the development and overall success of the company. I was directly responsible for all non-technical activities.I had a direct role in the development of the $2.0 billion Spanish underground gas storage project. I provided leadership for all aspects of the project including financial, legal and regulatory issues. I was directly responsible for the development of the business plan including financial models, budgets, forecasts, taxes, corporate structures, legal issues and understanding the regulatory environment. I was also responsible for the project financing.• Grew market capitalization of the company from $30 million to over $165 million.• Launched the Castor Underground Gas Storage Project in Spain, a $2.0 billion dollar infrastructure project. o My first task when I started with Eurogas was to reinvigorate the Castor project, which had been languishing, to be the primary focus of the company. o Completed a strategic partnership on terms very favorable to Eurogas shareholders with one of Spain’s largest companies whereby we received an upfront cash payment and retain a 1/3 carried interest in the project. o Negotiated a financing term sheet for the project. o The project is now under construction.• Developed our 1 million acre offshore exploration property in Tunisia, the first well was drilled and commercial volumes of oil were discovered.o Completed a farmout whereby the new partner invested US$ 125 million in the project.o Restructured the Tunisian project as a stand-alone company listed on the CNSX exchange.• Successfully raised over $70 million in three public market offerings. Arranged corporate debt facilities both stand-alone and with JV partners. Completed equity transactions.• Developed and implemented a tax efficient international corporate structure saving $100 million over twenty years.• Reported to board members, investors, partners and the public.
