My responsibilities at Boh Bros are focused mainly within the Equipment Department. I maintain all on and off road equipment documentation which included: • DOTD requirements: Federal Motor Carrier ID Report, Form 2290, IRP, UCR Report • US Coast Guard requirements • Core of Engineers requirements • Vehicle and Wild Life & Fisheries registrations/license • Boh Bros brake tag stations • EPA documents/permits for our marine vesselsI also worked closely with the Equipment Manager on: • Vehicle and equipment purchases and sales • Work order reports and analysis • Revenue and cost reports for equipment • Equipment Analysis • Yearly budgetMy responsibilities also include: • Overseeing our Navman Telematics system for on and off road equipment. • Assisting foreman on specific problems within our accounting and equipment software. • The implementation of paperless JSA forms and equipment inspection forms. • Cell phone administrator for the Equipment Department • Overseeing any special project that may come up within the equipment department. • Ensuring all employees within the equipment department receive and stay up to date on training and safety classes• Certified drug test specimen collector for equipment department

My responsibilities at Cummins included overseeing the installation of industrial generators ranging from 10KW to 2.5MW. I provided inside sales and technical support for customers. This included quoting projects, putting bid packets together, and answering customer questions. As project manager I visit project sites and met with customers to ensure the project was completed correctly and on schedule. I also managed all the logistics and billing of these projects from start to finish.

My responsibilities as the Staging Area Manager included supervising twelve drivers and the safe operation of their roll off trucks. Also, organized the driver’s schedule for delivery and pickup of oil spill related containers. I managed the lay down yard where oil contaminated materials were stored for testing and disposal.

My responsibilities as the Logistics Coordinator included the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the installation of the Hot Strip Mill at Thyssenkrupp. I attended daily meetings with project managers and superintendents to review drawings and schedules in order to request specific mechanical equipment from Thyssenkrupp staging yards. I also purchased/managed all materials, tools, and equipment needed to complete the project.
