Employed by Worley Parsons assigned to the SPT Project (Singapore parallel train expansion) for Exxonmobil Jurong Island Singapore joint venture between FWP Foster Wheeler and Worley parsons Departments assigned IRF (In Refinery Facilities) & then transferred to Utilities dept to trouble shoot the completion of underground piping systems and outstanding civil activities that were behind schedule.Duties and responsibilities to oversee the installation of Micro piles, bored piles & jack in piles for the construction of new substations, pump pads, pipe racks & Mogas Blender foundations. Also the construction of multiple miscellaneous pipe supports and sleepers foundations to support 152 kilometers of piping systems within the live plant. Liaison with the civil contractor to ensure the work permits are issued on time conduct pre-start talks to the work force to identify the potential hazards prior to starting the work activities, ensure the work is carried out as per the IFC drawings and project specifications and ensure the contractor is adhering to the approved construction schedule, also implement all the SHE (Safety Health & Environment) requirements as per the SPT project procedures for Exxon Mobil projects, throughout my time on the SPT project we have executed a total of 30,000,000 million man hours without any LTI.

The purpose of the project was to upgrade the electrical distribution system at Abu Ali plant by replacing the three (3) existing Substations with two (2) new consolidated blast proof substations built of pre cast wall and roof panel's the first standardized substation design for double switchgear to be built in Saudi Aramco facility Duties and responsibilities to review and approve all contractors' technical submittals ensure all materials meet the project specification, check safety procedures are being implemented at site monitor the construction activities to ensure the contractor is keeping inline with the construction schedule and adheres to their quality plan and all Saudi Aramco engineering standards, review and approve the construction weekly progress for each activity prior to the projects engineers final approval, participate in meetings with facilities proponent project inspection (PID) and construction contractor to resolve any problems that may occur during the course of the project, the project was complete on time ahead of schedule and below budget
