- Created and maintained a custom solution for daily gas and power PnL and exposure reporting which consolidated, standardized and enriched source data from several ETRM systems.- Created ETL process and SSAS cubes for end user reporting.- Automated a monthly independent price verification process which consolidates pricing data from several source systems and submits the prices to MarkIT for evaluation, the results of which were used by upper management to determine reserve amounts.

- Designed, documented, developed, implemented and supported the extension of the Entegrate Oracle data model to bifurcate risk properly at an hourly level for all power based trading instruments.- Created a comprehensive set of daily exception reports to identify potential data issues to assist the Risk team in completing timely and accurate end of day simulations.- Supported the Settlements Accounting team and their month end close process which included four power markets (ERCOT, PJM, NYISO, ISONE). Served as primary IT support for the population of settlement data via the ZEMA Data Manager application and worked with ZEMA support to address any data issues that were present.

- Lead a team responsible for all the Endur custom development needed to support the reporting requirements in the Blueprint Program.- Delivered a comprehensive set of user defined simulation results written in OpenComponents that supply data to both an end of day data warehouse and APM (Endur real time reporting solution).- Managed a defect fix effort by working closely with several program wide testing teams and business subject matter experts to deliver prompt fixes.

- Provided the business logic via SQL stored procedures for a new risk reporting environment using SQL Server 2005 Analysis Server and data cubes.- Updated all legacy Excel based market risk, position and diagnostic reports to use the SQL Server 2005 data cubes as the data source.- Integrated US and Canadian market risk and position reports into a comprehensive North American report set.

- Supported and developed daily market risk, position and diagnostic reports using Microsoft Access, Excel and SQL used by the entire trading floor, upper management and back office.- Created and implemented a deal entry system using an Excel front end that populates data in a SQL Server database.- Developed a report to catch trade entry errors in the Allegro Risk Management system using Excel and Oracle queries.- Learned the fundamentals of the ERCOT and PJM power trading markets.
