I was instrumental in the setup and implementation of all rules and regulations, including the pricing model (based on current market research), identifying facilities required to run at maximum efficiency and factoring in budget and subsequent revenue required to make these changes financially viable, as well as ensuring the space is compliant with all current health and safety regulations. The processes and regulations I have established have formed the blueprint to be carried over to all future Techspace event locations.My responsibilities include:- Space planning and assisting with the design of new spaces from a facilities perspective, using lessons learned on the ground to influence decisions and subsequently increase marketability of future spaces.- Conducting tours of and selling our existing space, using my own judgment to ascertain impact, relevance and consequent cost to the client based on impact to the co-working community.- Creating and maintaining a curated list of suppliers for clients' vendor hire.- Maintaining a record of health and safety within the space, and ensuring compliance with all current regulations.- Liaising with cleaning and facilities teams to ensure the space is always looking its best.- Completing hire licenses and appropriate paperwork around booking, quoting, invoicing and ensuring clients' prompt payment.- Managing a busy calendar of events (averaging 3-4 a week), with a variety of end goals involving meeting targets, as well as generating leads for Techspace and value-adding to the existing community.- Effectively balancing the needs of our members with the responsibility of ensuring the space is a viable revenue stream.- Meeting sales targets and working to KPI's.
