As an Associate Director in Consulting and Digital Transformation Services (CDTS) at NTT DATA, I work primarily with the Victoria and Vancouver teams as a Delivery Lead on the BC Justice account. My team supports Application Managed Services for the BC Justice sector - three BC Government ministries.

I was a Client Services Manager in Long View’s 150-200 person BC branch, accountable for business unit financial performance, and responsible for service delivery to a Strategic Business Services client - Alterra Mountain Company – and a portfolio of Managed Services clients. Responsibilities included managing a large team of people supporting Long View’s Resort & Hospitality consulting business. Managed a team of thirty delivering Business Application Services, Architecture Services and Project Management Services to Intrawest, a large Enterprise client. Reporting directly to the CIO, responsible for software development and support of Rezolution, an enterprise- critical custom-developed online and call centre reservation system. Reporting to the IT Director, responsible for overall technical ownership for Placemaking systems – development / procurement, configuration, maintenance, and support for core applications used by the Finance, Development and Construction teams for all real estate development project cost tracking, budgeting and cash-flow forecasting for the $500M real estate group.

eTunnels was a start-up software company that enabled secure communications across any network. The company provided Virtual Private Network (VPN) technology to service providers, hardware and software platform providers, and large enterprises. Led a team of four Unix developers through development, delivery and maintenance of the eTunnels VPN-On-Demand™ Appliance. The Appliance enforced distributed security policies, including IPsec VPN policy and firewall rules. My team developed the core Appliance software (in C++, C and shell script) for the OpenBSD operating system. We ported it to Linux, FreeBSD, Solaris, and the Sharp Zaurus (a wireless PDA).

Led the BC Systems Development Team in 1999. My team of 8-12 was responsible for maintenance of the telus.net billing and customer care system. Prior to April, 1999, I was co-lead developer as the team converted BCTel Interactive's systems to use a customized version of Portal Software Inc.'s Infranet solution. This included development of a web-based interface for customer service and billing representatives. The company had more than 100,000 subscribers when the new system went live.
