• Played significant role in EVP sponsored initiative to divest Xceed Mortgage Corp. Worked with purchasers to resolve outstanding issues prior to closing and trained Xceed employees in funding activities during the.
• Instituted, presented and garnered support for a number of enhancements to $5 Billion Mortgage Securitization including proposed modifications to Management Accounting template to create more accurate group results.
• Key member of team involved in creation of BMO Capital Trust, working with other areas of the Bank to identify and resolve issues prior to closing.
