I have always been a practical person with the ability to problem solve and think logically when confronted with a difficult tasks, having been in the consumer electronics industry for most of my career initially repairing and servicing HiFi, TVs. Videos, In-Car stereo equipment etc and then progressing through Sony in various roles in the Technical Support and Quality dept. I was Product Compliance Officer for my last 2 years at Sony. I decided to have a career change with 3 years in the construction industry where I was able to learn new skills in a different environment to what I had been used to in previous positions, i.e. working outside in all weather, driving tower cranes. Being in construction part of my role there was maintaining Health and safety for the site therefore I was dealing with different people where communication and people skills was essential.Specialties: I can prioritise workloads Proven to be adaptable, flexible, and versatile. I have good communication skills, ( I have had to deal with difficult situations with customers i.e. incidents with products). I am computer literate, customer focused, able to work on my own initiative when required as well as a team player to help achieve the company’s goals within specified timeframes. (There is no I in team). I am willing change, diversify and learn new skills to benefit any new employer.
